Am I able to return something I purchased?

Yes! We accept returns up to 2 weeks after purchase for a full refund.

However we do not accept hair accessories or sale items, these are final sale.

I accidentally shipped the order instead of for pickup, what do I do?

No worries! As long as the ordered hasn't been shipped we can make adjustments to the order!
