Haven started in 2020, dreamed up by Erin Simon and Sarah Shotwell — two fashion-obsessed friends who wanted to bring something fresh to the community. What began as a passion project quickly became something bigger: a go-to spot for anyone who finds joy in getting dressed.
This year, Haven entered a new chapter. Miranda took the reins as owner, bringing her own eye for style and a renewed energy to the shop — same love for self-expression, new perspective driving it forward.

The Village

Haven is located in the heart of The Village at Grand Traverse Commons in Traverse City, Michigan. Nestled within the beautifully restored historic buildings of the former Traverse City State Hospital, this unique village offers a one-of-a-kind experience.
